OBIA 11g Functional Manager Freeze Problem.

Problem Description:

We have BI APPS 11.1.1.7.1 Application which is running fine until we use Functional Manager. Our BI APPS Home Page (http://hostname:9704/analytics) not responding when we are using Functional Manager and performing Functional configuration, Functional Manager is also freeze and not responding. Some Java Errors appears on Server startup Scripts shell.

Solution:

- Stop all the services, it will be better if you reboot the system.
- Start the weblogic server using startWebLogic.sh
- After the weblogic server starts then login to weblogic console.
- Start bi_server1
- Start OPMN services through command prompt.
