BI APPS 11.1.1.7.1 - Release Overview

Oracle has released much awaited OBI APPS 11.1.1.7.1 and is available for download. The new release of  11.1.1.7.1 has been designed to add new in-memory analytic applications, significantly expand functional content across existing front and back-office Oracle BI Applications, re-architect the solution to leverage the power of Oracle Data Integrator and, introduce new out-of-the-box tools to increase productivity. 11.1.1.7.1 came up with new Anaytics: Oracle Indirect Spend Analytics: is a complete planning application that enables procurement and line of business teams to optimize spend with rapid access to historical data, intelligent what-if modeling, and pervasive BI context to facilitate better decisions. Oracle Student Information Analytics:  enables academic institutions to improve recruitment, lower dropout rate by tracking student attendance in real-time, monitor graduation rate, manage student financial transactions, and match up school resources with student needs more effectively.
